Matt is an experienced CFO and operating partner across public companies, private-equity-backed businesses, manufacturing, service organizations, and multinational operations.

He partners with owners, boards, investors, and management teams to build scalable reporting, strengthen controls, improve working capital and decision support, and lead through growth, integration, transformation, and high-stakes change.

Matt currently serves as CFO of Paladin Holdings, a private-equity-backed chemical manufacturing platform of five entities, reporting to the Board and CEO. Previously, during 18 years as CFO of GDI Services, he built and led an Integration Management Office for a 20+ company acquisition platform, developed repeatable M&A playbooks, and helped drive substantial revenue growth. Earlier global finance leadership at Milliken & Company covered the U.S., Europe, Asia, and South America under IFRS and US GAAP.
